As we nurture Thy nature, our true nature is revealed. We embody its aspects. Learning forgiveness, acquiring strength, allowing change, seeing love through beauty, feeling patient through presence, and empowered by wisdom, we appreciate subtleness and how multi-faceted we are through seeing shapes and sizes, through feeling textures, smelling scents, tasting life, our perspective heightens with gratitude for abundance, feeling a peaceful presence when we ground our nervous system with the earth.

Through breath we can bridge a connection to self and learn our purpose to focus intention on creating or find out wat is keeping us from believing we can obtain that purpose we can change that belief within a moment of recognizing its untruth and see how it was a belief created from past trauma put in place to protect. When it is acknowledged for its truth “poof” it pops in an instant like a bubble, like it never existed. This joyous reunion of true self is felt and Appreciated. Love is giving yourself what you have been asking for.

The cloud studio has an Amazing view!! Has fresh mountain spring water that is drinkable and vitalizing It is walking distance to town and 45 min walk to the waterfalls. A nice walk along the river feels peaceful as you embrace the sounds of nature there is a variety of medicinal plants and herbs for making tea growing on the property, fresh papaya, fertile eggs, fresh sourdough bread made 2 times a week, natural yogurt, homemade kombucha. Your senses will come Alive. Relax knowing that Our home is your home. A nurturing presence is felt, its a perfect place to grow..

We will meet you at the bus station take a tour of the city and assist in gathering groceries for the 1st week. Allow us to make you a traditional Ecuadorian dinner catered to your eating habits. Vegan, Chicken or Fish
The following day will start with a guided meditation to harmonize your body , mind and spirit, bring you into center and create a weekly calendar of events that assist the most joyful and empowering vacation.
